Tidy Books Bookcase
This really is the perfect kids bookcase. Inspired by her own children, Geraldine, the creator of Tidy Books explains:
“It was whilst watching my own kids choose books that I came up with the idea for the Tidybooks bookcase. Like most children, they pulled books out from a conventional shelf to look at the front covers, rather than choose them from the spines. And, of course, all of the books ended up in a messy pile on the floor!”
So Geraldine set about creating the perfect solution for storing children’s books and devised “Tidy Books.”

Bunk Bed Buddy from Tidy Books
This is another great space saving idea from Tidy Books – the peeps who created those cool alphabet bookcases. It’s a cute shelf/bookcase which is specially designed for bunk beds, keeping everything neat and tidy. I particularly like the range of finishes – white, blue, pink or natural lacquered wood. It’s the kind of nursery item you could buy for your baby and it last right through to teenager-hood and beyond!

The Modo crib from Cosatto is one of the coolest I’ve seen in a long time.
It has impact resistant acrylic sides which means you can easily keep an eye on your little one as they sleep. The acrylic sides are removable though so you can take them off and create a stylish nursery bench, which is perfect for reading bedtime stories. Underneath the crib there’s a large storage drawer – which is an ideal space saving solution and place to store extra bedding – perfect if baby is in the “box-room.”

Mocha Gingham Toddler Bedding
We’re all familiar with pink gingham and blue gingham, but I was intrigued to come across this gender neutral baby bedding option from Baroo. It’s a gorgeous mocha colour. The cot bed duvet cover is gingham top side and plain underneath and has a matching pillow case.
It’s made from 100% cotton and is machine washable. The toddler bed size duvet cover measures 150cm x 120cm while the toddler bed size pillowcase is 60cm x 40cm.
What is a “Junior Bed”?
A junior bed is a small bed built designed to be just the right height and size for your growing toddler. Depending on the size of your little one you should expect a junior bed to last until your child is about 3-4 years. Some junior beds come complete with two side rails for added safety that can be removed when no longer needed.
